이용약관Terms of Service
이 약관은 트리니티 매쓰랩(운영자 김성민, 이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 mathskim.com(이하 "사이트")과, 운영자가 자신의 소셜 미디어 계정에 강의 영상을 게시하기 위해 사용하는 내부 도구 "MATHSKIM Content OS"(이하 "도구")에 적용됩니다.These terms apply to mathskim.com (the "site"), provided by Trinity MathsLab (operator: Sungmin Kim, "we"), and to "MATHSKIM Content OS" (the "tool"), an internal application the operator uses to publish lecture videos to the operator's own social media accounts.
1. 서비스1. The service
사이트는 무료 책과 에세이 읽기, 수학 질문 남기기, 소셜 링크 모음을 제공합니다. 회원가입과 요금이 없으며, 내용은 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.The site offers free books and essays, a place to leave maths questions, and a collection of social links. There is no sign-up and no fee, and content may change or be withdrawn without notice.
도구는 운영자만 사용하는 내부 게시 도구입니다. 일반 이용자에게 계정을 제공하지 않으며, 운영자가 승인한 영상만 운영자 본인의 계정에 게시합니다.The tool is an internal publishing application used only by the operator. It does not offer accounts to the public and posts only videos the operator has approved, to the operator's own accounts.
2. 저작권2. Copyright
사이트의 글, 책, 영상, 이미지의 저작권은 운영자 또는 해당 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인 학습 목적으로 읽고 보는 것은 자유이며, 무단 복제·배포·상업적 이용은 허용되지 않습니다. 인용할 때는 출처(mathskim.com)를 밝혀 주세요.The text, books, videos and images on the site are the property of the operator or the respective rights holders. Reading and viewing for personal study is free; unauthorised copying, redistribution and commercial use are not permitted. Please credit mathskim.com when quoting.
3. 이용자의 의무3. Your responsibilities
- 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하지 않습니다.Do not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service.
- 질문을 남길 때 다른 사람의 개인정보를 포함하지 않습니다.Do not include other people's personal data when leaving a question.
- 도구로 연결하는 소셜 미디어 플랫폼의 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수합니다.Follow the terms and community guidelines of every social media platform connected through the tool.
4. 책임의 한계4. Limitation of liability
사이트의 내용은 학습 참고용이며 특정 시험 결과나 성적을 보장하지 않습니다. 운영자는 서비스의 일시 중단, 오류, 외부 플랫폼의 정책 변경으로 생기는 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.The site's content is for study reference and does not guarantee any exam result or grade. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from service interruptions, errors, or changes in the policies of external platforms.

이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다.These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction over disputes.
