트리니티 매쓰랩(운영자 김성민, 이하 "운영자")은 mathskim.com(이하 "사이트")과 운영자가 자신의 소셜 미디어 계정에 강의 영상을 게시하기 위해 사용하는 내부 도구 "MATHSKIM Content OS"(이하 "도구")에서 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.Trinity MathsLab (operator: Sungmin Kim, "we") processes personal data on mathskim.com (the "site") and in "MATHSKIM Content OS" (the "tool"), an internal application the operator uses to publish lecture videos to the operator's own social media accounts, as described below.
1. 처리하는 정보1. Data we process
- 사이트: 회원가입이 없습니다. 질문하기 페이지에 이용자가 직접 적은 질문 내용과 시도한 풀이를 처리합니다. 언어 설정은 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며, 추적 쿠키나 광고·분석 스크립트를 사용하지 않습니다.Site: there is no sign-up. We process the question text and the attempted solution a visitor types on the Ask page. The language preference is stored only in the visitor's browser; no tracking cookies or advertising or analytics scripts are used.
- 호스팅: 사이트는 Vercel Inc.의 인프라에서 제공되며, 접속 기록(IP 주소, 접속 시각, 브라우저 정보)은 보안과 장애 대응을 위해 호스팅 제공자의 표준 로그로 짧게 보관될 수 있습니다.Hosting: the site is served on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. Access logs (IP address, time, browser information) may be kept briefly in the hosting provider's standard logs for security and incident response.
- 도구: 운영자가 직접 연결한 운영자 본인의 소셜 미디어 계정(TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads 등)의 표시 이름, 프로필 이미지, 계정 식별자, 접근 토큰을 처리합니다. 다른 이용자의 계정 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.Tool: we process the display name, profile image, account identifier and access tokens of the operator's own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and similar) that the operator connects. No other person's account data is collected.
2. 처리 목적2. Purposes
- 질문에 답변하고, 답변에 필요한 범위에서 질문 내용을 운영자의 질문 처리 시스템으로 전달합니다.To answer questions, forwarding the question text to the operator's question-handling system only as needed for the answer.
- 운영자가 승인한 강의 영상을 운영자의 계정에 게시하고, 게시 상태와 공개 지표(조회수 등)를 확인합니다.To publish lecture videos the operator has approved to the operator's accounts and to check publishing status and public metrics such as view counts.
- 사이트를 안전하게 운영하고 장애에 대응합니다.To keep the site secure and respond to incidents.
3. 보관과 파기3. Retention and deletion
질문 내용은 답변 목적을 달성한 뒤 지체 없이 파기하며, 요청이 있으면 즉시 삭제합니다. 소셜 계정 토큰은 운영자의 장비에만 소유자 전용 권한으로 저장되고, 연동을 해제하거나 파일을 삭제하면 즉시 폐기됩니다.Question text is deleted without undue delay once the answer has been given, and immediately on request. Social account tokens are stored only on the operator's own device with owner-only permissions and are discarded as soon as the connection is revoked or the file is deleted.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁4. Sharing and processors
개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 호스팅(Vercel Inc.)과, 운영자가 게시를 위해 연결한 각 소셜 미디어 플랫폼 외에는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 각 플랫폼은 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Beyond hosting (Vercel Inc.) and the social media platforms the operator connects for publishing, personal data is not disclosed to third parties. Each platform processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. 이용자의 권리5. Your rights
누구든지 아래 이메일로 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 소셜 미디어 연동은 각 플랫폼의 "연결된 앱" 설정에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.Anyone may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by email at the address below. Social media connections can be revoked at any time from each platform's connected-apps settings.
6. 아동의 개인정보6. Children
사이트는 회원가입을 받지 않으며, 14세 미만 아동은 보호자와 함께 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.The site does not offer sign-up. Children under 14 should use it together with a parent or guardian.
7. 변경7. Changes
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
